Enchanted Realm Rules 

Entering the Lounge:
Lounge Pass: $20 per person — 1 hour in the enchanted realm
Payment is due at the time of booking.
Reservations are highly recommended due to limited space.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no shows are non refundable.
Walk ins are welcomed when the stars align.

The Sacred Way of the Cat — Interaction Wisdom
Allow cats to approach you on their own terms.
Never wake a dreaming cat; their rest is sacred.
Avoid picking up or holding cats unless guided by staff or if the cat chooses you first.
Use soft voices, gentle hands, and mindful movements.
Sudden motions or loud energy may unsettle sensitive feline souls.

Little Visitors
Children under 16 must remain close to their guardian.
Movement must stay soft and respectful.
Adults are responsible for helping their little ones interact kindly and safely with the cats.

Aura Purification — Clean Hands, Clean Energy
Wash or sanitize hands before and after interacting with cats.
Outside pets or outside food may not enter the lounge.
Drinks purchased from Furvana are welcome with lids.
Optional saging is offered with intention before entry.

Capturing Magic — Photography
Photos and videos are welcome.
Flash is not permitted.

Boundaries of the Cosmic Realm — Waiver & Respect
All guests must sign a waiver before entering.
Behavior that disrupts peace or stresses cats may result in removal without refund.
These boundaries protect both our feline guardians and our human visitors.

The Sacred Waiver

We understand that interacting with cats involves some inherent risks. Cats, while generally friendly, can be unpredictable. There is a possibility of minor scratches or bites, though we take every precaution to minimize this risk.

Our waiver acknowledges that you understand these risks and agree to release Furvana Cat Cafe from liability for any minor injuries sustained while interacting with the cats. We want to assure you that the health and safety of our cats is paramount; they are regularly checked by a veterinarian and are up-to-date on all vaccinations.

If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to speak with a staff member before signing the waiver. We want you to feel comfortable and confident in your decision to enjoy your time with our cats.
